Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 4–8 business days of courier transit. This results in an estimated total delivery time of 5–10 business days. For additional information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.


Is shipping free?

Yes. We provide free standard delivery on all UK orders at no additional cost. More details can be found in our Shipping Policy.


Do you ship internationally?

At present, we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@garalato.com and include clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping costs.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.


Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not apply any restocking fees on returned items.


Exchanges & Order Changes

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are available. Please contact our customer service team to begin the process. The original item must be returned first, and the replacement will be shipped once we receive it.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.


Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made before your order ships. If you need to make adjustments, contact us immediately. Once the order has left our warehouse, modifications are no longer possible.


Payments & Security

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with digital payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Full payment details are available in our Billing Terms & Conditions.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and comply fully with PCI DSS security standards. Full card details are never stored on our servers.


Products & Sizing

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes a sizing guide to assist with fit selection. If you require additional help, our customer service team is happy to provide personalised advice.


What happens if a product is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on our website. You may subscribe to restock notifications directly on the product page to be alerted when availability returns.
