Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the returns and refund process straightforward and transparent.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@garalato.com. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photographs demonstrating the issue.

For items damaged during transit or shipped incorrectly, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. No restocking fees are applied. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply contact our customer support team. We will assist you through the exchange process.


Standard Returns – 14 Day Policy

If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Please clearly write your order number on the outside of the return parcel. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard returns.

Once your return is received, refunds are generally processed within 7 days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items sent back without a valid order reference number


Starting a Return

Before sending any items back, please email info@garalato.com to request return authorization. This allows us to properly track your return and expedite your refund.


Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
