Daily Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT are processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after this time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Before dispatch, all orders undergo quality inspection and secure packaging. This procedure is included within the processing timeframe.

Parcel Protection
Every shipment includes complimentary parcel insurance at no additional cost.
If your tracking status does not update for 5–6 days after dispatch, please contact us. Our team will promptly initiate an investigation with the courier to locate your package.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your parcel from dispatch through delivery.
